At Loon Chocolate, we work with only ETHICAL TRADERS who import cacao beans from SMALL FARM GROWERS shipped to us raw. After hand sorting only the finest beans we roast, shell, and stone grind our beans for over 72 hours and blend with organic turbinado sugar and a touch of organic coco butter.
